I found Aziza through Instagram. I sent her a private message about ordering a custom wig. We communicated back and forth about the customizations i wanted on the wig, my address, email, and other pertinent information. I’m a working single mom and informed her that once I received the wig I just wanted to be able to to take it out of the bag and do minimal styling. I received the wig four weeks later and didn’t put it on right away because i had a protective style. When i did pull the wig out of the original packing that it was sent to me in and tried it on, I noticed that it wasn’t at all what I had discussed with her. I asked for the wig to be made with a HD lace, a middle part, the edges and part plucked, and knots bleached. I then messaged Aziza to let her know that the wig wasn’t correct and even sent her pictures to attempt to reconcile. Her response was very unprofessional. She advised she wouldn’t send a wig like that and that i should go to a stylist and get it installed. She was nonchalant and dismissive about the wig being wrong and even made it seem as though the wig wasn’t hers or that I had done something to the wig. I paid over $300 for this wig! I expected reconciliation and didn’t get anything. She didn’t offer a refund, a replacement, or anything. The recommendations given to rectify the order discrepancies were insufficient. I shouldn’t have to get something installed by a stylist that I paid over $300. She is advertising false information about her wigs and doesn’t really care about her customers unless she personally knows them in my opinion. I will never use her again! I don’t advise anyone to use her services either!!!
