Ordered a product 23 days ago online. Never received item. Called and emailed company 10+ times describing the issue. No response via phone or email

merchandise was ordered and paid for in october and has yet to ship. it is now december and there have been no updates despite multiple attempts on my part to reach the company. have tried both calling and emailing and left a couple of messages. they do not answer the phone and there has been no response save automated email reply saying someone will contact me.
