I ordered from the website https://www.setasarlat.com/ 3 ceiling fan flywheels and paid via PayPal. Then I contacted the seller, using the email on the website. Note: the website doe NOT provide a phone number. That should be a red flag there. No reply from that email. Then I contacted the email that's shown in PayPal for the payment, [email protected]. They provided a USPS tracking number claiming it was shipped. The tracking number indicated was delivered. I never got it. So I went to my local USPS office. They told me the tracking number was addressed to someone else, another red flag. I contacted the seller again. They aid will call USPS. Days pass, no reply. I filed a dispute with PayPal. PayPal simply just close the case saying there is a tracking number!! Anyone can get a tracking number. But that doesn't mean it's legit! I contacted the seller again. No reply. Now I have to go to the credit card issuing bank to file a dispute. Be careful using PayPal also since they just take any tracking number as proof of shipping!

Do NOT order from that website! It lists prices in Canadian dollars, but the charge comes from a US location, one more red flag. I should have canceled my order right after I see above red flags! Lesson learned.
