Order was placed from an ad on Instagram. Item was purchased on April 4, 2022. I contacted the company after a month and they said NO REFUNDS. I explained that the item never came after a month. No response. 2 months later, I send another email and again, they said NO REFUNDS. I'm still waiting for a response demanding a refund. They do not claim they are from China and you will only get an automated response to your email and no correspondence thereafter.

I spend so much money , to revive something that looks nothing like I ordered there is no shorts or zipper and the bust area looks totally different this is very poor quality and does not hold anything, when I see Colombian bodysuit I would assume it will hold you correctly. The material is very cheap but besides all that at the very least I receive the same product I ordered this is crazy. Serx is a fraud company that I found on tik tok many other people have spoke about there experiences with this company please save your money and do not buy from them
