Facebook ad for 'forever stamps' at discounted price. I ordered then soon realized it was probably too good to be true, tried to cancel but it had 'shipped' (it hasn't but they say it has so they can get away with the already shipped, can't cancel clause - it's still 'awaiting parcel' from usps, only a label has been created')

I am trying to have my paypal cancel the order, but they won't until Dec 8 (conveniently after the refund window from the scammer).
