I seen an ad on Facebook for cell phones that I liked, I clicked the link and it routed me to a site that looked like any other small business advertising refurbished high end cell phones for a good price. I read all reviews and even checked the verification they stated they had. It all looked good. I even e-mailed them and asked questions about the phone at [email protected]. They replied to all emails and when I actually ordered sent me an email receipt which I still have. Since I ordered I have spoke with someone named Cecilia Johnson and had multiple back and forth emails with this person, she was still using the [email protected]. they said that I would receive my phone in 8 to 15 business days. Gave me a tracking number for a logistics company called EurinExpress based out of France. The tracking number has moved forward until it says that it is in Crawfordville Indiana waiting customs inspection. I know that it would have went thru customs in New York not here. It has been over 20 days, I ordered 10-13-23 l, and still have not seen my package and not received any response from them recently. I truly believe that there is no package and this was a scam.
