Followed up with customer service after the 24 hour period with no reply. Followed up again the following day, with no reply.
Within the "Community Chat" on Telegram, there are members that have been waiting for weeks to receive the proposed software that was initially pitched. Another member had mentioned having tried to contact customer sevice regarding a refund and said member was immediately deleted. When questioning the practices used in pitching this software service and the reality and value of what I was receiving, the "Owner, Dan Dasilva" commented. I shared a screen shot of the initial welcome and setup email stating the 12-24 hour wait time to which he replied "yep, gotta change that email..."
I reuested a refund and was immediately deleted from the group chat.
I emailed regard said 365 day refund to which he replied i was not eligible and threatend to file a police report if i disputed with my credit card company.
I have a dispute in process as this man/company is selling a service that he cannot and does not have the ability or intention of providing.
This particular "service" is offered through his LLC Weerk Capital
