It seemed like any other online hair store. I began to see the ads as I would go to certain places online. I took a look at their website, and liked what I saw. I waited a few days, before I made the purchase. Once I did, everything happened like a normal transaction. I received my email that everything was processed. After a week or so, I didn't receive anything regarding when the items I ordered would be arriving, so I attempted to contact thru email because there was no phone number given, just an email if you had any questions which was please contact [email protected]. It came back as undeliverable. So I tried going back to the website to see if there was any other way to contact this company and now it says SORRY,THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW,
