I had come across their site on Facebook and should have you know did some research but I thought that they were legit. I ordered some Christmas presents a few items from this site they had emailed me to say that they got the order they would let me know whenever it was on its way that was back in November November 16th I am still waiting on the package there's no contact number I have emailed them and all they keep saying is the same thing like your orders on the way we so sorry like they don't even speak like proper English and I don't know who to contact or what to do to get my money back my bank won't even give me the money because I did disclose to them my card information so I had to close out my account and here it is mid January and I still have not received the products and they won't give me a phone number they just keep saying the same thing over and over again I wanted to file a complaint but I don't know where they're located I've tried to do research online I can't see much of anything and I'm furious
