My wife ordered a wig from Nadula. She received the product but it was too big. She got ahold of the company to exchange for a different size or a refund. They gave them an address to mail back to and she did just that. She never got a replacement or never got a refund after they said she would get a refund in 2 days. She never received a refund. Eventually, the manager called back and said another wig would be sent but first she needed to pay another 131 dollars to pay for this second wig before she could get a refund for her first wig. Then this manager wanted her password dor Paypal account in order to refund the money. my wife did not provide this information. Next, he wanted my wife to go to Walgreens to get a cash card with all the information so he could refund it. This company is a total FRAUD company. All you need to do is look up reviews on BBB. they are rated F and have years of complaints with the same problems. All unanswered. We notified the FTC and next, we are getting ahold of The Attorney General. We are also considering putting this on a TV News channel.
