I purchased 3 soccer ball necklaces on 3/13/24, received 3 other items. Website appeared to be Kendra Scott. After receiving incorrect product, I reached out to the company and they refused to correct mistake and attempted to give more option of items. Saying it would be too expensive to ship back and they were out of stock of the items I wanted. So not only did they pose to be Kendra Scott, they just sent items that I didn’t order and refuse to correct.

Website disguised itself as a Kendra Scott add and advertised a softball necklace. I purchased this necklace & received a different necklace. When I contacted them is when I realized this wasn’t legitimate.
