March 14, 2024, I was searching for foam board insulation online and found www.jerytools.com offer. I went to the website and ordered several foam boards paying with PayPal. I received the invoice, then PayPal removed the invoice stating phishing or fraud. Payment had already gone through my bank account as payment to Francisco Ramos. Because PayPal removed the invoice, I am unable to file for resolution through them. Every email address provided is invalid.
