I ordered two (2) OKAI Beetle Scooters from a TikTok Shop. The person contacted me explained my delivery was being shipped and gave me a tracking number and website which appeared to be legitimate at first. Then they keep texting saying my delivery is being delayed. I tried to contact the shipping company and the phone number is not a real number, I just get a busy signal and when I looked up the address of the delivery company listed on their website (transitinlogistics.com), it is a house address in Round Rock, TX. I received one text first thing this morning from the seller stating he was trying to locate my package and has since taken his TikTok seller page down and will not reply to my text messages or phone calls.
