I order product March 1st I've never received my products still haven't. I believe this place is a Scam they need be stop I have a flake receipt that I can't upload or transfer to anything. Ive reached out to this company many many time at first they said that itbwas caught up in customs Its has been a nightmare. Please help me

Merchandise was ordered from flagrette

.com which was advertised on YouTube. The advertisement led to you believe you were ordering merchandise from Macy's backstage. It's a total scam. Never received any merchandise nor would they return my money. They, also stopped responding to my emails. Please warn consumers to stay from flagrette. They may be using a different name now.

Placed an order from site that stated Macy's backstage but once you place order and submit payment the sites changes to flagrette, it gives a confirmation for this site, sends a tracking number to 718EH from China. The tracking site updates over a period of a month as if moving through the process, when you contact business you receive emails which appear to be legitimate, stating order is in route and how they value serving you and 3 emails later, 30+ days, site states Delivered in tracking but you have not received it and when you return to flagrette site it states no order found.
