I ordered 2 Nutcracker soldiers from a company listed on the Pinterest app as McItsz, on 4/7/2024 Order # 240405085448423. I have received emails from the given email address stating my order was processed and shipped. I have received emails from Track718. TrA\acking #-AT395524091CN supposedly showing the tracking information. Today I received an email stating the package was delivered,however I have not received them. I then attempted to get information regarding which carrier was supposed to be delivering my items so I could contact the carrier. Track718 will only connect you with a live representative if you pay $1.00 the are enrolled in a membership for $49.00 monthly, which I will not do. I have also tried to track it through each carriere listed on Track718s tracking emails. I put the tracking # into the carrier DPD and entered that it was shipped from China Post Theat led to the company AFTERSHIP I clicked to contact the shipper it is in Chinese and no way to send an email
