It was an ad on Instagram advertising a blow out sale from Bombas. My email order email confirmation was from an email address vs. the Bombas website, that was my first red flag ([email protected]) When I received the merch I knew immediately they were not real Bomba socks, and the box set of socks I ordered was wrong. I used the confirm email to ask for a return label and exchange or refund. The refused to provide pick up and said I needed to return the wrong socks on my own. Emails went back and forth they would only offer a discount. I tried to upload the email chain but it kept spinning. Please let me know if it is needed and I can try again.
