I ordered 3 wigs on 12/27/2022 and received them on 12/30/2022. They were not what I ordered, they were of poor quality, looked like fake doll hair, not human hair and shiny. I contacted the company through email ([email protected]) and told them of the problem. Instead of them trying to make it right, they wanted to offer me 15% of my money back, to which I said no. Then they sent another email offering to give me30% of my money back, to which I still said no. I told them that this was not my mess up and that I did not have any problem sending back their poor quality hair and for them to send me a label. They stated that they do not send return labels because they were out of China and the cost would be on me. To which I responded why am I to be penalized and have to pay to send back something that you sent wrong to me and that I thought that your company was out of the U.S. according to your website the company is out of New York. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for them to investigate. I just want others to be aware of this company because the wigs look beautiful, but you do not receive what you pay for!!!
