I was looking for a puppy online. I found this puppy Breeder that will ship for an extra fee. I requested information about the puppy and they asked me questions to see if I was a suitable dog parent. They were willing to sell the puppy to me only they would only take cashapp and no other form of payment. I asked why was cashapp the only way I could pay and they didn't answer but said since I am not Technology equipped then I could pay for the puppy by purchasing an Apple gift card at either a Wal-greens or a 7/11 gas station. They said I would need to take of photo of my receipt and the gift card- front and back - if I was going to go this route. To make a long story short, I did not want to pay them this way because I felt it was a scam, so they offered me a payment plan, I would pay $250 now for them to ship the puppy and the rest of the $500 I would pay upon the arrival of the puppy to my address. I accepted this plan, but then came the scam of the puppy transporters. They said the puppy is being held by Dallas customs because I needed to send them cite form. The cite form fee was $150, plus, the crate that the breeder shipped them in was not to standard so I needed to purchase a carrier crate. These starting from $350(not recommended) all the way to $500(recommended). A total of $500 minimum. On top of all this they threatened my life in their emails if I did not cooperate with them!

This is supposedly a pet delivery company and they worked with the “seller” of the puppy I thought I was buying. Once I paid the seller they contacted at point of delivery and told me that I had to buy a crate that was approved for flying per airline. After much discussion with this company and seller I did pay $400 for the crate and was guaranteed to be refunded at point of delivery. Of course none of this happened except for the money exchange. I have proof of everything but wanted other people to beware.
