I called them after my son was spoken to by them, the letter stated He had not contacted them yet to activate his service contract. Its deceptive marketing. We purchased the Service Contract already from the dealeship and its already active.

I called back and they said they were operating under the name ELERAS located at 1708 South Fist Street, St Charles MO. 888-307-2075! These kinds of scams upset me. please prosecute them. How they got all of my sons contact information is upsetting as well. The bank and dealership or the DMV need to stop selling data.
