The letter is clearly deceptive, declaring it a "final notice" and that I might lose coverage if I don't reply. In the rather flimsy effort to convince me, they didn't have my first name, only my last, and suggested I had bought either a Nissan, Honda, or Toyota. Three entirely different companies, but I guess if you're pretending to be an official extended warranty company and offering a warranty that's actually worse than the base warranty from the manufacturer, getting details was low priority.
