I bought a car cash money he told me he would mail me my title then when I tried to renew my tag I could not get the new tags because he did not put the paperwork in. I filed a complaint with the state state got in touch with him he said the deal did not go through but yet he took my money $3500 and did transfer to tag I had and gave me a bill of sale with a zero balance. I bought the car January 20, 2022 I’m still waiting on my title. He said I owed him more money and he was going to put himself as a lienholder on my title. He is a cook and he is scamming women.
