I bought several Seresto flea collars that were fake. They claimed 100% satisfaction. I was refused a refund and told not to return them as it would damage them making them unusable. The return address on the package, in New Jersey was not the same address to return them to which is in Washington. Although both addresses are in the United States, as am I, I was told that it would be too expensive to ship them back by international freight.

I ordered Seresto Flea and Tick Prevention 8-Month Collar for Cats & Kittens for $102.93 and then paid $14.99 for expedited shipping to have in 4 to 7 days. After 7 days i didn't received them . I emailed [email protected] on July 30 2020 letting them know I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this whole process. Plus paid for the expedited shipping fee of $14.99. When ordering your company should not offer the expedited shipping option. Told them i checked the tracking number and all it said was processed Through Facility FUZHOU, CHINA. & Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. On Sun, Aug 2, 2020, from this email address [email protected] was told
just have checked it with our post office ,now your package has arrived at Chicago and you will get the package soon ,we will just urge our post office to update the status and then let you know. Aug 5, 2020 i received them. I emailed them back telling them, After opening the canister and looking at the collars I noticed that it doesn't not look or smell like the ones I bought from my vet. First I called the number on your website 713-560-4312 out of order. then checked your address ,it's for a house for sale. I then called Bayer Animal Health / Elanco and spoke with them and gave them all information to identify if the collars are real. They said no because there is no trademark of the raised bayer cross symbol on the collar. Plus there is no white chemical powder. Then I let paypal know that the product is a fake / scam. Then called my credit card company and filed a claim against them. They had the balls to email me back this.
I am so apologize about it ,our collars are authentic and if you wanna return the item to us ,then it will cost you a lot return shipping cost ,so i have some better option to you
1,keep the collars ,we will refund you half payment as a compensate
2,keep the collars ,not only that we will have other products to you and also about your future order ,we will give you a big discount .
so what do you think of ?
if you can not use the collars ,i suggest that you can resell them in a low price or donate to your local charity ,they need your help and i know that you are a very kind person.
I emailed then back telling them i want a full refund & send me a real address & phone number not the fake ones from there website. I am now getting the run around from PayPal.
