They are passing off Seresto collars being real when identified they were not. They had no serial number on the collars which a lot of people don't know unless they look. I reported this to them and they did give me my money back. However they did not ask for the product back. If I would have not caught this and called Seresto I don't know what I'd be putting on my dog. Not only that they were going to take my money. Shipping addresses were completely different. They had no phone number and address before but I suggested they have it. I was able to give you a phone number and address because I see they put one up since then. At least I did get my money back but other people might be scammed.
