I ordered a necklace on April 16, 2020 from Serephenia.com. Their stated processing and shipping time is described as 2-9 business days and 9-21 days for shipping. On May 7, 2020 I sent a message to their email: [email protected] asking about my order and they said it was delayed due to the pandemic but it had shipped out. (Be mindful, their shipping carrier is unknown to customers) I was only able to "track" my order on their website. My tracking number was YPS220*****. On May 26, 2020 the website claimed that my necklace was "delivered" to my address when in fact it was never, ever delivered to my mailbox. I reached out again to the same email & the company stated that it takes 8-12 more days for the item to actually be delivered from the delivered date that showed online....(this was never stated in any FAQs or anywhere on the website). The company then told me that if I did not receive the necklace by June 12, 2020 I would receive my full refund. I have reached out three times since June 13th, 2020 and have NOT received a response. I am going to have my bank investigate them and try to get my refund.
