Hello. An email came to my startmail address at 6:50 a.m. today, August 3. The sender used serensriconat gmail.com, but the billing says it's for Webroot (a virus program). Since I already have Norton 360 for my protection I would not have signed up or accepted an offer. First the email said my personal subscription term ends today. Then "your chosen plan will initiate an automatic renewal of your subscription." I did not ever have this service. So far I have not been billed, but this is a little concerning. Thanks for listening.
