DO NOT ORDER - WONT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER/POORLY MADE

I placed a customized lash order (sent customizations via message to her) and she was quick to respond. Even after ordering, I followed up days later to confirm with her/ ensure that my order number matched the customizations I sent via message and she responded and said she had gotten it.

My order ships two weeks later and upon receipt, it’s not what I ordered at all. That’s fine, mistakes happen. I ordered 15mm cat eye, inner corners shorter and she sent me 20mm all around (which I would never wear) and the lashes were poorly made and falling off of the strip.

I followed up with her to let her know that I did not receive my customized order. She didn’t even ask me for a picture or anything because she knew she forgot to customize them. She said I can pay to return to sender to have them corrected. I asked her to send me a return label since it was her fault I received the wrong item and she told me it should be no more than $6 and that I have to pay to send them back not her. I honestly don’t care if it was 50 cent to send the item back. I shouldn’t have to pay to ship an item back when it wasn’t what I ordered/not my mistake. When I responded noting that should be her business expense for her mistake, she didn’t reply but continued taking orders from others in her comments. Please refrain from ordering as this small business owner has no business etiquette and her products are poorly made.

Custom lash review

My friend and I ordered a custom pair from her and waited 3 months to receive them. Her communication is horrible and costumer service is even worse! We made a dispute on our order and received the refund but the next day she claimed to have sent our package out and when we received the lashes they were awful! I took mine off to look at them up close and the lashes at the outer corner ripped right off. She clearly half assed them just because we made a dispute. Do not order from her!
