They are taking orders from customers and not sending anything. Stealing money both from customers and independent contractors. Read their reviews. They need to be out of business immediately.

I have followed and received emails from Serengetee for years. I finally decided to put in an almost $200 order. I received multiple emails stating my order was about to ship but random things kept happening to make it delayed. I waited and trusted the emails and unfortunately it was too late to report to my credit card company about what happened because I believed the emails. You won’t get your order. You won’t get a response. Do not wait to report the charge as fake because you will not receive your items or a refund.

I have been waiting on my order for about a month now and they still have told me my order has not even shipped. They do not assist in helping in anyways and have robotic like responses to everything, not an actual person. Many people have shared this experience.
