I ordered from them in August and never received my order. I emailed them asking for a refund and never got a reply. They also blocked me from their account.

I ordered from them July 10th and got ONLY the incense burner (I ordered cones too!) the incense burner was at LEAST 2-3x smaller than what was advertised (even in their videos including the sponsored ones!) I complained and asked for a refund. I DMed them on instagram and emailed them and they never responded...not only that but then they blocked me on Instagram! Plenty of others have reported this and them and they continue silencing people from warning about their practices by blocking them and deleting their comments.
