Sent sneakers in for reapir but company claims they were not received Reports & Reviews (1)

On January 12th, 2023, I received a quote from an "artisan" at Cobblers Official via text message and an order number (TC86026). From there, I selected the option to have my Gucci Sneakers picked up using their concierge service. I met the driver outside my home, and since this date, I have received a barrage of messages to mail in my sneakers and notices that my shoes have not been received. There is no contact number on the website, although there are messages and icons on how to call Cobblers; from there, you are redirected to a system portal to leave a message. Additionally, you can't email the support email to inquire about the status of your order. When I contacted the "artisan," he said he could not help. This place violates consumer protection laws and steals items from its customers. My shoes have not been received, and I haven't heard from anyone. Nor does this business offer a way to get them. This is unjust. From the reviews, more and more customers are exposing their fraud and have disabled their comments on all platforms. I need an investigation to be opened, and I would like to ask for the value of my shoes as a form of payment.
