A food alergy test was purchased for Four Individuals and sent out in July of 2022. Samples were sent Via Fedex and were confirmed to be delivered 7/19/22.

On August 10th I had not received the results that were promised within 7-10 days of company receiving samples. I sent an email asking for an update, when they responded I was informed "Our systems show your sample has not yet arrived with our UK lab for testing." There is nothing listed on the Website to indicate business was conducted outside the country.

Sent an email 9/05, 9/28, 10/14, 11/12 and then 12/21 - I finally received a response on the 12/21/22 shown below:

I can completely understand your concern and am really sorry for the hassle that you have had. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. Upon looking into the details, I can see that your, Priscilla's, Forrest's, and Nikita's samples are still being awaited at the lab. After this period, it leads me to believe that the samples have unfortunately got lost in the mail. It might be because of the recent postal strikes and the postal load because of the festive season. It is a humble request that you may please resend the samples or you can apply for a refund.

I hope this clarifies your concern. Feel free to reach out to us in case you have any further queries. I am happy to help. Take great care of yourself and have a nice day! Merry Christmas in advance! I wish this Christmas brings you comfort, joy, peace, and happiness to last throughout the coming year.

At this time I requested a full refund as it had been almost 5 months since their company received the initial Fedex from me. Their response shown below:
