I had seen the website on facebook and thought the bra might fit. Since it said when people inquired where it was made they replied the US and so I ordered the bra. Then I got my shipping notification and it says it’s being shipped from Hong Kong. I received the product but it did not fit. I looked on the website for their return policy which stated 100% guarantee and no hassle return. I emailed them as instructed to begin the return. I was told I would be contacted by the financial director. I said I had not received any email from the financial director and was told by Jeremy Campbell who had sent the fist email saying the director would contact me that he was the financial director and I had two options for the return. I could return the product and pay the shipping cost myself to Hong Kong which they said may be costly and once they received it from Hong Kong I would get a full refund. I called the post office and was told 30 plus dollars to ship to Hong Kong. Or my second option was keep the product and receive a a 20% refund which was 10.74. I replied why I couldn’t return it to a US address and was told it woul only be accepted at the Hong Kong address which looked in complete. I sent yet another email and received a respond that yes it was costly to ship to Hong Kong and would I accept 25% refund and keep the product. So I sent them screen shots of their refund policy, the web page stating the bra was made in the USA and a picture of the tag on the bra that states made in china. Also their satisfaction criteria. Now I get an email again this time offering 30% refund and 20% off a purchase from their store. I don’t want anything from them other than a full refund of the 42.97. I really don’t want the bra as I will never be able to wear it. I was throughly disappointed it was not what the company stated they were made in the USA and find out they are from china.
