On February 7, 2023 I requested 8 free covid tests from Senior Covid Tests to be mailed monthly to both my husband and me, providing our Medicare numbers and dates of birth. The form on the website kept changing our birth dates back one day and I tried to correct them. I added a note that I had trouble with the form and provided my email address and phone number. They sent me an email verification. Today they called me and left a voicemail. See file attached, showing transcription. I tried to call back but there was a strange sound and then a hangup. I became suspicious at that point. I decided it was a scam and called my medical insurance company to report it. I have also notified Medicare and so far no claims have been filed for the tests. I was also told to report to IC3.org. I have left them a message. I was told to notify you.
