Joe called saying he was from an hearing aid dealer, asked if there was anyone who was in need of a hearing aid, I said no, he hung up.

Got another call from a Nathan who was recording that call, said he was from an insurance company about life insurance.

"You've reached our customer service department, press one for an agent (all their agents are always busy) or email us."

(Scam Target's daughter called in to BBB) Victim was contacted by individual saying they were from Senior Life. The rep from Senior Life said they were eligible for a free pain medication and they needed last four digits of social security number, which they provided. The victim's daughter then contacted the Senior Life program they belong to, Senior Life in Indiana PA * ***. The Senior Life office in Indiana PA said the person who contacted them did not represent their organization.

The scam call came from 276-285-5489 and caller ID said Bristol, TN. Victim did not send any money.
