There's this guy who claims his name is Joe, who calls at least twice a week. First he'll ask if I can hear him okay and if I ask why he's calling he would say something about Senior Citizens Services. Most of the time he asks if I can hear him okay but then hangs up. I called the number back to complain but it goes into voicemail.
