Boots arrived very low quality and 16 days after ordering. When I requested to return the defective item they asked for proof and offered a 15% refund or they would send a replacement. When I asked for the replacement they said they did not consider the items defective that I can return them to their warehouse in China and they would refund once it was received. SCAM!!!
