On 6/29/16- I received a letter in the mail that was addressed directly to my husband stating that Steve Blair was interested in purchasing our home and then listed our address. The letter implies, as part of a public record search, that there are code violations on my property and he can help us get rid of them by purchasing our house.

This is a very misleading letter, and many people would believe that there are code violations to their property.
