Brother forwarded my contact number to someone who had contacted him about my mom selling them her house. They called saying they were sending me a document by email to have my mother sign. The document came. The legal document only listed a phone number for the buyer and had no address for the LLc (Sell the Right Key) within it. A web search revealed no business website or LLC with that name. The document came in the format of a freedom soft electronic signature.

The scammer ended up with my mom's first name (not her full name), last name and address. The offer was well over the price of comparable homes in her area. The buyer only gave her 3 days to sign the document and the contract was only good for 45 days, but contained within was another piece of writing stating that it was good for 5 years. The email document could not be downloaded but there was a link inside the email to click on to remove yourself from future emails.

The name of the person on the contract was a Shianna Patron who also did not come up in an internet search.
