Unsolicited offer on my land

Received an unsolicited offer on an unbuildable lot owned by husband and myself. Offer was 9 times lower than what the land is assessed at. Offer only had one name on it. As a Realtor, Jonna Cohen should know that it takes one to buy and two to sell in the state of MN. The "purchase agreement" was typed on one sheet of paper and considered binding if signed. No seller should be duped into selling a property in this manner at such ridiculously low prices. Always use a local and reputable Realtor for any sales. FYI, my husband is a Realtor of over 40 years, so we are quite knowledgable in this area.
