I opened an account to build credit with self lender . After a few payments I was offered a secured credit card with the deposit coming from the payments I had made already. They charged 25 fee. Increased my limit. Again with the payments I had made. But when my card was stolen I found email was the form of communication they offered. In the response email I was given a number for visa that was non functional. My account was closed and I was given no way or form of paying the outstanding amount. Which again. Was all from my loan payments. It has affected my credit score and they offer no solution. Just leave you with debt collection notices
