The company promises to lower federal student loan and IRS monthly payments with a fee of $600. They operate a call center but are receiving calls from people that have contacted them from false advertisements and a fake website. The company asked people for their social security number so that they can go on what looks like the FAFSA website (sorry I don't remember the name) input the customer's information and then they can access how much the customer owes in student loans. Please shut this company down I know about them not from being a victim but because I was looking for a job on craigslist and interviewed for them and got the job but the same day I started, less than an hour later I was "let go". I asked too many questions because I thought something was up and that was what we were told not to do. They are taking advantage of people that are already in bad situations with their federal student loans and tax debt. They say in order to qualify for assistance you need to owe at least $10,000. They target victims at random because the victim is the one calling for help. They are also in the process of switching over systems in which they input victims information as well and they may change their company name. But one thing that will probably remain the same is their call center location which is the address that I provided below. They have about 30+ employees small company. Eric was my point of contact when I interviewed and who called me his numbers are 310-975-9635 and 424-363-9695. Please shut them down immediately as they have countless victims from all over the United States.

I know about this scam because I was hired as an employee in the call center that processes the information and takes calls from victims/people believing that they could get their loan payments reduced but I was also let go the same day I started working there when I started asking too many questions about the business and how they made money.

I am willing to help give as much information as I can about this company because I had to listen in on phone conversations and some of their victims admitted to also having kids, failing health, and problems finding and keeping steady employment. Run a background check do whatever you need to do to verify I am who I say I am but I am also a military veteran who was a member of Security Forces and today 12/1/2015 when I personally witnessed them taking people's money with empty promises I let my mother and father both know that this company exist and was scamming innocent people at the same time employing me to do so.
