Matthew Martinez (claimed name, unverified) calling from this number claimed that he is representing a private trading group which included various options traders but failed to provide any authentication that these people (Ian Cooper, Chuck Hughes, and a list of others) are actually affiliated with this company. He charged $6000, and the card was processed by TradeWins Publishing. There is no evidence of services provided. At best, this is an incredibly expensive scam to provide content that is otherwise available online via email (Matthew said that the emails were sent from "news alert trade alert" but no such emails were found in the inbox of record). At worst, this is a pure credit card fraud.
