In January of 2022 my computer froze up and had a phone number to call for help. I called the number and was charged 349.00 to fix the problem as well as 2 yrs of tech support. A month or two later I received a phone call to tell me they had to refund my money because their computers server had crashed. To make a long story short they accidently deposited an extra 1000.00 in my account along with my refund and wanted me to go and get 2 gift cards for 500.00 each. I did not do that and did not get a refund. They showed me a screen showing that 1349.00 had been deposited into my cking account. The bank did not have a record of this transaction. Today, now nearly 5 months since the first incident I got another phone call telling me the same story. Phone numbers for the above incidents are: 1-518-461-1850, 669-649-7722 and today's number 1-401-329-2415
