I searched to find ammunition and ended up at Segaammo shop (https://segaammoshop.com/) I placed an order and asked if he offered any discounts. He said yes if I had Zelle or Venmo. I was excited and proceeded to pay him to the directions he gave me. $380. The next day he told me "the shipping company needs you to pay another $200 for insurance and then they will refund you once you get the items." I probed, as that did not seem right. He assured me it was no scam but more and more tried to assure me if I paid the fee I would get my items. Not feeling good about it, I searched google maps for his address and it brought up the same business address as Mr Gun Dealer (both Mr Gun Dealer and Segaammo shop have the same address info). I asked for a refund and told him I would pay with a credit card as I suspected it was a scam and he told me he would return my money after 5 days "once he gets the ammo back from the company." I offered to send someone to his store and physically pick up the items and he never replied. I messaged him again the last three days asking for my refund and no response. I let him know I was escalating the issue to the ScamPulse.com and still no reply.
