Type of a scam Online Purchase
On the website, it stated an email confirmation would be sent to my email address. Also, the shipment would be delivered by USPS. I never received an email and I received a text from Fed-x that my shipment was in transit.
I got a text confirmation from Fed-x that my delivery was made to my condo and left at the front door in Naples, FL today, November 8. My friend went to my condo to put the shipment in my home. There wasn’t any box at my door.
I notified Fed-x and PayPal of the issue and I submitted a claim to both. I had an uneasy feeling of this company when I never received a confirmation email. Now, with no package delivered, my assumption is correct. Also, I tried emailing the Seller and I received an email of unknown email address.
