I ordered an unlimited call plan for 31.98 so that my husband could call me from a jail. I couldnt afford the per call charges that were accruing, so I chose this company for the unlimited option. My husband has been unable to call me using this plan. Then when I sent an email to the help department I was informed there is no unlimited call plan. It clearly states unlimited call plans on the pricing page of there website. t gives you the option of unlimited calling for one month, three months, or six months. False advertisement. False advertisement.
