2 days before my trip I got a phone call from Andy from Big City Auto Accessories & Solution knowing my departure, arrival date and the vehicle I was renting. He had my phone number and email. He sent me an email through PayPal to take the security deposit. I gave my Credit card and he proceeded to tell me if I had any problems on my trip to reach out any problems on my trip to reach out to him and he would help.
Once I returned home and got confirmation that my security deposit will be refunded through RV SHARE and the next day, I got an email from big city motors saying that they released my deposit and will be sending it in the mail.
My concern is there is some sort of leak through the RV Share for the fact that this person knew all my trip information. I have not received any refund via mail. My financial institution has been contacted.
