I am trying to figure out if this is a scam. An individual calling herself Kathy Moore is claiming to be a private investigator attempting to locate and repossess my car for my credit union. She called my parents trying to get information and says the credit union has been unable to reach me or locate their assets but I have been in frequent contact with them and they have my current physical address.
