Shipping of pets. They ask for a 999 rental fee for the crating of the cat which you get 900 back. Then they say there is a 1200 insurance policy that is fully refundable, then they wat 750 for shots that 700 is refundable. Realized they were making up a section for a protection act that didn't exist. out 2749 total with the cat being 550
