Received a letter and a check for $2950. The address from the letter came from HCA Healthcare Inc 2693 Old Chena Ridge Rd, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The address on the check is from The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey 3 Penn Plaxa East, PP-16V, Newark, NJ 07105. The assignment was to cash or deposit the check to my bank. Deduct my pay of $500 and use the rest of the money to purchase Ebay gift cards from any Walgreens, CCS, Walmart, Target, Office Depot, Albertson, Moneytree or any other stores around me. Purchase Ebay gift cards worth $2450- 4 cards $500 and 1 for $450. This survey is to counter growing customer complaints, license expansion problems, and sales restrictions to customers. Customers have complained about limits on the number of cards they can buy. This survey is a fact-finding evaluation survey. I would receive text messages from 18664599317. Asking for an update from the assignment.
