Received a small postal envelope with an address coming from Pennsylvania name is Michael. inside was secret Survey or evaluation time a congratulations on achievement I have a check that I got from St. Louis community credit union which is in fluorescent MO ZIP Code 63031. Check was for 2900 and $.42 made out to me and I was too then cash the check keep my payment of 400 by some gift cards for Walmart five of them which is a total of 2500 and after I purchased the card I was to scratch off the back send an email with the picture of it and the name and address of where I got it put the name of the attendant who sold it and not to tell him that I was a secret shopper that would ruin The reason for the secret shopper I was to email the completed report to survey results at surveyevaluation.com. Signed from Mark Scott then I received a text message from a number and I asked who it was they had my name and then he asked if I got my package I did not respond and then he wrote again hello that’s the last I’ve heard of them and I have not communicated
